The Puma Wheelchair Basketball Club, formed in 1983 as a division of the Pretoria Defence Force, is the development wing of the organization.


The challenges of disadvantaged people are extended when one is disabled and unfortunately indicative of society stereotypic ideas the disabled tend to suffer the consequences of not only being poor, but physically challenged in many social aspects of life.

To assist with the plight for the disabled, it takes someone with a great deal of strength and commitment to dedicate toward the plight of bettering people with different abilities. We therefore cannot compromise this part of society, and encourage with your financial enhancement in embracing a partnership to better the quality of life for the disabled in specific, members playing sport for life.


The Super Sport Series 2017 kicked off 20 May 2017, the series which gets televised on Super Sport – DSTV. The team is busy with the this flagship series.

Development program has resulted in the Women ranked 2 in SA.
Several  u/23 and Senior National Team Players
